SHIPPING POLICY

All of our items on this site ship for FREE! In-stock purchases ship in 1-3 business days. After ship, delivery times vary based on the third-party shipping service. Parts are shipped in cardboard boxes with the necessary packing materials.

 

Once the package is picked up by the delivery service or dropped off at their location, we do not take responsibility for damaged or lost packages. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will provide you with the delivery service's information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a 25% restocking fee charged on all returned equipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned and exchanged items. To prevent issues with products, please call our office for help if you are unsure about what to purchase. In the event a product is damaged or not working properly, please contact us to seek a free refund.
